The normal turnaround time for a negative DOT or non-DOT urine test is 24-72 hours. If you have not received test results within that time frame, call us! There are several reasons for this: the MRO does not have a copy of the CCF, it is under MRO review or in further testing or there is a technical issue. 


Yes! Our team can assist with your required biennial updates and registrations.  


Yes! Through our electronic platform, we offer full management by the FSS team, or the client can utilize the platform for self-management. Additionally, we can come on site and conduct an audit of your files. 


The answer is YES. However, the employer must have a carefully crafted Substance Abuse Policy that provides lawful accommodation while prohibiting marijuana impairment in the workplace. We can help with your policies. 


Yes, but it must be added to a non-DOT drug screen panel. DOT does not allow testing for Fentanyl currently.


Yes. It is very difficult to separate THC and CBD from each other in the plant. Thus, most CBD products contain THC. When taken regularly it may trigger a positive marijuana test.  


FSS has experienced industry professionals that are available to conduct pre audits, post audits and assist with active audits. 


Absolutely. If the company uses CMV’s that required a CDL to operate in their intrastate operations, the company and their drivers must be registered in the clearinghouse. Pre-employment Full Queries must be pulled, and Annual Limited Queries are required. You must also have a full DOT testing program. 


Yes. The FSS team can assist you with registration and queries


 No, this group of drivers are not required to be in a DOT testing program. BUT all other regulations apply – Driver Qualification files, Hours of Service and DVIR’s
